The following terms govern the engineering services and proposals offered by SOLLERTIA - INGENIA TECNICA, S.A. (hereinafter, SOLLERTIA), registered in the Republic of Panama under tax ID 155754354-2-2024.

1. Nature of the request. The form on this Client Portal generates a preliminary service request (REQ). It does not constitute a commercial proposal nor a binding contract until SOLLERTIA validates the data and issues a formal proposal.
2. Scope of services. Services include: electrical inspections and corrections, on-site electrical testing, electrical testing laboratory, alternative energy, electrical infrastructure construction, and electrical design and studies, with the limits described in the proposal that SOLLERTIA issues for each REQ.
3. Validity. Commercial proposals derived from a REQ are valid for 30 calendar days unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment. Payment terms are specified in each formal proposal. By default, 100% advance for visits, or 50% advance and 50% upon delivery, plus applicable ITBMS.
5. Confidentiality. SOLLERTIA undertakes to keep technical and commercial information of the client confidential, used only to provide the requested service.
6. Liability. SOLLERTIA delivers technical reports and proposals based on accessible inspections; it does not assume responsibility for hidden risks not detectable through non-invasive visual inspection. Corrections are an independent commercial phase.
7. Jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Disputes shall be resolved before the courts of the city of Panama.
8. Modifications. SOLLERTIA may update these terms. The version in force at the time the REQ is submitted will apply to that request.

SOLLERTIA - INGENIA TECNICA, S.A. (hereinafter SOLLERTIA), tax ID 155754354-2-2024, with address at Via Ricardo J. Alfaro, PH The Century Tower, Office 905-1, Betania, Panama City, processes the personal data you provide on this Client Portal in compliance with Law 81 of March 26, 2019, on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Panama.

1. Personal data collected. Identification: full name, role; contact: email, phone, WhatsApp; commercial: company, tax ID, industry; site: address, province, city; consents provided.
2. Purposes of processing. (a) Validate the requested scope and prepare commercial proposals; (b) provide the requested service; (c) issue invoices and tax documents; (d) send commercial communications only if you have given specific consent (marketing opt-in); (e) comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Legal basis. Express consent given by accepting this Policy, contractual relationship and legitimate interest of SOLLERTIA to provide engineering services.
4. Recipients. Data may be shared with: PAC authorized by DGI (THE FACTORY HKA CORP, tax ID 155596713-2-2015) for electronic invoicing, regulatory authorities, judicial authorities upon legal request.
5. International transfers. Email and storage services may use providers outside Panama. SOLLERTIA selects providers offering equivalent guarantees.
6. Retention. Personal data is retained for the time required by the contractual relationship plus 10 years for electrical inspection records, as recommended technical standard.
7. Holder rights. You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability and limitation by writing to ingenieria@sollertia-intec.com, identifying yourself as data holder.
8. Security. SOLLERTIA applies technical and organizational measures to protect your data: access by authorized personnel, encrypted backups, immutable audit log.
9. Changes. This Policy may be updated. The current version applies to each REQ submitted.
10. Authority. National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI) of the Republic of Panama is the competent authority on personal data protection.
